Psalm 46:1 โ "God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble." I repeat this verse daily. Also journaling my prayers has helped me see God's faithfulness over time.

Attending cell group regularly made a huge difference for me. Having people around who pray for you is invaluable. Don't face hard seasons alone.
